Additional fees may apply if your artwork is more complicated than average - such as multiple characters, armor, tattoos, pets, body modifications, weapons, mechanical props, or complicated prosthetics.Extra characters - 100% of the original price

How it works

I accept commissions via Discord (baavgaiart), Instagram (jiubrose) or ArtStation (Baavgai Art) or Ko-fi (Baavgai Art). You can find my contact links at the bottom of this page.
When commissioning me, I will ask to be provided a description of your artwork and your character(s), with references attached, which can include previous artwork or reference images that inspired you, picked from the internet from pages such as Pinterest, ArtStation, Deviantart etc.

An estimate of your artwork's turnout time will be given in private. The time depends on the complexity of your order and the current commission queue, which you will be notified of whenever any progress is made.

You will receive multiple work-in-progress pictures in private. Whenever any major progress is made, you will be sent the current state of your artwork which you can give feedback on, should it require any changes. Once the artwork is completed, you will receive the final high-resolution image of your artwork (PNG / JPG) in private, via Discord or any mailing site of your choice.

my terms of service

TOS

I accept payment through PayPal, Ko-fi or Tikkie with a 100% one-time payment, after a sketch or a mockup has been finished and shared with the customer. Commissions are only refundable if your artwork has not been started yet. These commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use please contact me privately. Revisions and minor changes are available with no additional fees, and the customer will be provided with work-in-progress pictures throughout the process. Major changes and revisions may come with additional costs.

You are allowed to publish any commissioned artwork to any social media page, with proper artist credit in the description of your post (credit me by my Discord or Instagram page as @jiubrose or Baavgai Art). You are allowed to have your commissioned artwork printed, as long as it is for private or personal (for example, decoration) use. Manufacturing my artwork into merchandise is strictly prohibited unless given written permission, by me.

I strictly do not allow my artworks to be used for training generative AI, or for any other AI purposes at all.

What I will draw: Humanoid and anthropomorphic characters, feral animals, real people, high/low fantasy, mech, sci-fi, and horror.
